Scheveningen is a fantastic location for kite surfing. Imagine kite-surfing on the water and your view is the bustling boulevard of Scheveningen.
Holidaymakers or the ordinary Dutchman who goes out and enjoys all the delicacies on the boulevard in Scheveningen and you who are giving away a kite surfing show.
Scheveningen has everything that makes kite surfing absolutely fantastic. After all, fantastic waves roll in at the harbour head of Scheveningen, which you can use as a jumping ramp to go sky high and soar through the air. As a kite surfer, you will certainly attract the attention of the people lying on the beach.
Once in Scheveningen, the kitesurfing and surfing vibe will meet you.
A seal, or a kite surfer wearing a black wetsuit, by bike is no exception.
Kite surfing in Scheveningen is becoming increasingly popular, which is why there are many kite surfing schools in Scheveningen and surroundings.
Scheveningen is of course known for its amazing seaside resort, but nowadays you can see the many colored kites of all kite surfers above the water in the surf.
After working hours, grab a quick kite surfing session, and then have a little snack at one of the many beach clubs.
Or for the real fanatics who wake up early to grab a kite surfing session for work.
In Scheveningen, you have the well-known pier, which is full of restaurants and cozy bars. There is even a ferris wheel at the end of the pier, and for the real daredevil, you can also bungee jump there.
You usually only see this pier when you walk on the beach, but when you are kite surfing, you have this amazing view from the water.
From the water, you therefore have the beautiful hotel Kurhaus in your sights, which makes it extra special.
In short: In the mood for a day of adventure? It's all possible in Scheveningen ;-)
